This privacy notice explains how personal data is processed in connection with the quote request form available on godorart.hu and with contact made through the contact details published on the website.

3. Processing related to the quote request form
Categories of personal data processed
- name,
- email address,
- phone number, if provided,
- type, material and planned size of the requested work,
- any additional information provided in the message,
- technical submission data, such as the time of submission and IP address.
Purpose of processing
Contacting the sender, responding to the quote request, clarifying the request and carrying out preliminary discussions related to a potential commission.
Legal basis of processing
The legal basis is the consent of the data subject, given by ticking the checkbox before submitting the quote request form. If the enquiry later leads to a commission or to steps prior to entering into a contract, the processing may also be based on taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Retention period
Personal data related to quote requests is retained for up to 12 months after the enquiry has been closed, unless the enquiry leads to a commission or a legal obligation requires a longer retention period.
4. Contact by email or phone
If a visitor contacts the controller directly by email or phone, the name, contact details and content of the message are processed for the purpose of responding to the enquiry and handling the matter.
5. Data transfers and processors
Personal data is accessible to the controller. The technical involvement of the hosting provider and email service may be necessary for operating the website and forwarding messages. Personal data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and embedded content
The website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising or remarketing code.
The website includes one YouTube video. The video is not loaded automatically: the YouTube embed is loaded only when the visitor clicks the play button. When the video is loaded, YouTube / Google may process data and set cookies according to its own privacy terms.
7. Data subject rights
The data subject has the right to request information about the processing of their personal data, to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to request data portability where the legal conditions apply. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
